Resep Cara Membuat Pepes Ikan Lele
RESEP PEPES LELE
Masakan ikan lele dipepes juga bisa menjadi variasi olahan dalam menu hidangan sehari-hari. Bumbu dan rempah yang meresap pada daging ikan yang gurih dapat memberikan sajian dengan cita rasa yang istimewa. Cara membuatnya cukup mudah dan sederhana serta bisa mengikuti petunjuk resep di bawah ini.

Bahan dan bumbu :
  • 500 gram ikan lele
  • 1 buah jeruk nipis diperas
  • 1 ikat kemangi, siangi
  • 2 buah belimbing wuluh diiris kecil
  • 2 batang serai dipotong serong
  • 6 butir bawang merah diiris tipis
  • 3 buah cabe merah besar diiris serong
  • 1 liter air
  • daun pisang untuk membungkus
Haluskan :
  • 5 butir kemiri
  • 2 jari telunjuk kunyit
  • 4 siung bawang putih
  • 1 sdt pala
  • 1 sdm ketumbar
  • 1 sdm garam
CARA MEMBUAT PEPES IKAN LELE :
  1. Buang kotoran ikan bagian dalam dan cuci bersih, lumuri dengan air jeruk nipis.
  2. Campur dan aduk rata bumbu yang dihaluskan dengan bawang merah, serai, cabe merah, belimbing wuluh dan daun kemangi. Masukkan minyak kelapa, aduk rata lagi kemudian lumuri secara merata pada ikan.
  3. Bungkus rapih ikan berbumbu dengan daun pisang lalu ikat atau semat dengan lidi, rebus dalam wajan dengan 1 liter air.
  4. Setelah air rebusan habis atau kering, tuang sekitar 4 sdm minyak kelapa di sekeliling wajan agar tidak gosong, abaikan saja apabila menggunakan wajan anti lengket. Setelah benar-benar kering, matikan api lalu angkat dan siap untuk disajikan.

It is narrated on the authority of Amirul Mu’minin, Abu Hafs ‘Umar bin al-Khattab, radiyallahu ‘anhu, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, sallallahu ‘alayhi wasallam, say: “Actions are (judged) by motives (niyyah) , so each man will have what he intended.
