Cara Membuat Tahu Isi Bihun Sayuran Resep Renyah
Resep Tahu Isi Bihun Sayuran - Renyahnya tahu goreng tepung yang gurih dengan isian sayuran campur bihun bisa menjadi menu cemilan sederhana yang enak disantap bersama cabe rawit untuk menambah kesan pedas pada cita rasanya. Tahu isi termasuk dari aneka gorengan yang cukup familiar sebagai jajanan pinggir jalan yang murah meriah.

Bermacam cara membuat tahu isi yang bisa kita olah sendiri di rumah, salah satunya adalah tahu isi bihun sayuran kali ini. Jenis tahu juga bisa dipilih sesuai selera, bisa tahu kuning dan tahu putih, atau bahkan tahu sumedang, tahu susu, tahu cibuntu dan yang lainnya untuk memberikan variasi dalam hal rasa.

Kombinasi sederhana dari larutan terigu dengan tepung beras sebagai adonan pencelup membuat kulit tahu goreng menjadi renyah, adapun tambahan bumbu-bumbu supaya juga berasa enak dan gurih. Mau yang pedas, tinggal tambahkan pemakaian cabai dalam resep bahan isian, atau untuk lebih mudahnya dapat melihat Resep Tahu Isi Pedas yang enak dan renyah dalam resep terdahulu.
Proses Cara Membuat Tahu Isi
Persiapan Bahan dan Bumbu Tahu isi
  • 30 buah tahu kuning ukuran 3x3 cm digoreng hingga matang
  • minyak untuk menggoreng
Adonan pelapis (campur rata semua bahan) :
  • 200 gram tepung terigu
  • 50 gram tepung beras
  • 300 ml air
Bumbu halus adonan pelapis :
  • 3 butir bawang merah
  • 2 siung bawang putih
  • 1 sdm ketumbar biji
  • 1/2 sdt merica butir
  • 1 sdt garam
  • 1/2 sdt kaldu bubuk atau penyedap sesuai selera
Adonan isi :
  • 1 bungkus (130 gram) bihun beras direndam air hingga lunak
  • 60 gram wortel dipotong bentuk korek
  • 100 gram toge dipotong ekor
  • 60 gram kol diiris tipis
  • 1 batang daun bawang diiris kecil
  • 2 batang daun seledri diiris kecil
  • 2 siung bawang putih diiris tipis
  • 2 butir bawang merah diiris tipis
  • 1/2 buah bawang bombay diiris dadu
  • 1/2 sdt kaldu bubuk atau penyedap
  • 1/2 sdt merica bubuk
  • 1/2 sdt garam
  • minyak untuk menumis
Cara Membuat Tahu Isi Bihun Sayuran
  1. Panaskan sedikit minyak, tumis bawang merah, bawang putih, daun bawang, dan seledri hingga harum. Masukkan wortel, toge dan kol, serta beri garam, merica dan kaldu bubuk, aduk-aduk rata. Masukkan bihun, aduk-aduk hingga tercampur rata dengan bumbu serta semua bahan sayuran layu, lalu angkat dan sisihkan
  2. Belah tahu tapi tidak putus lalu korek atau keluarkan sebagian isi tahu, kemudian masukkan tumisan bihun sayuran tadi ke dalam tahu hingga penuh.
  3. Celupkan ke dalam adonan pelapis yang sudah dicampur rata, kemudian goreng dalam minyak panas di atas api sedang hingga matang berwarna kekuningan.

Cara Membuat Sup Ikan Gurame Resep Enak Kuah Bening
Resep Sup Ikan Gurame - Keinginan untuk menyeruput kuah bening yang enak bercita rasa, akan segera terpuaskan setelah masakan sup ikan segar ini telah kita sediakan di meja makan. Gurihnya daging ikan gurame merupakan salah satu pilihan tepat untuk dibikin sup bening, walaupun ikan air tawar tetapi dagingnya padat serta duri-durinya besar. Selain durinya mudah terlihat dan dipisahkan, umumnya juga terletak di bagian tengah ikan saja, maka cukup aman dikonsumsi anak-anak dari resiko tertelan duri.

Kendala bau lumpur atau aroma tanah dari ikan tawar memang sedikit mempengaruhi sebagian orang dalam mengkonsumsinya. Oleh karenanya olahan atau cara memasak ikan gurame biasanya memiliki cita rasa tinggi dari pemakaian bumbu dan rempah yang digunakan. Termasuk juga pada cara membuat sup ikan gurame bening pada resep dengan ditambah sedikit perpaduan rasa asam pedas kali ini, dari belimbing wuluh serta cabe rawit yang dibiarkan utuh agar bisa juga dinikmati anak balita.

Melalui beberapa kalimat pengantar di atas, semoga memberikan manfaat dan lebih bersemangat untuk mencobanya di rumah untuk variasi menu makan sehari-hari. Selain enak, prosesnya juga cukup mudah dan sederhana.

Persiapan Bahan dan Bumbu Sup Ikan Gurame
  • 1 ekor (450 gram) ikan gurame segar
  • 1 buah jeruk nipis dan secukupnya garam untuk lumuran ikan
  • 2 batang daun bawang dipotong-potong 3 cm
  • 1 ikat daun kemangi disiangi dan cuci bersih
  • 4 buah belimbing wuluh/belimbing sayur dipotong kecil-kecil
  • 1 batang serai, kupas dan buang kulit luar yang keras lalu digeprek
  • 1/2 buah bawang bombay dipotong-potong panjang
  • 5 butir bawang merah diiris tipis
  • 4 siung bawang putih diiris tipis
  • 4 cm jahe diiris tipis
  • 1 lembar daun jeruk
  • 1 buah tomat dipotong 4 bagian
  • 10 buah cabe rawit utuh (merah dan hijau)
  • 1 sdm garam
  • 1 sdt merica
  • 2 sdm gula pasir
  • 1200 ml air
  • 1 sdm margarin
Cara Membuat Sup Ikan Gurame Enak Bening
  1. Buang sisik ikan, keluarkan isi perut dan insang, kemudian potong 4 bagian dan cuci bersih dengan air mengalir. Lumuri potongan ikan dengan air jeruk nipis, taburi sedikit garam secara merata, diamkan 15 menit, kemudian cuci bersih kembali.
  2. Panaskan margarin dalam wajan, tumis bawang bombay, bawang merah dan bawang putih hingga harum, lalu sisihkan sementara.
  3. Didihkan air dalam panci bersama serai, setelah mendidih masukkan tumisan bawang tadi, beserta jahe, belimbing wuluh, dan daun bawang. Aduk-aduk rata dan tunggu hingga mendidih kembali, beri gula, garam, dan merica serta aduk rata.
  4. Setelah beberapa saat, atau setelah mendidih lagi baru masukkan ikan gurame. Tutup panci, tunggu sekitar 15 menit agar bumbu meresap dan ikan matang. Terakhir masukkan cabe rawit, daun kemangi, dan potongan tomat, kemudian masak sebentar hingga daun kemangi agak layu. Angkat dan sup ikan yang masih panas siap untuk disajikan.

AUT Degree Pathway for Hospitality graduates:

Students who successfully complete the 2-year Diploma of Applied Hospitality Management will receive up to 18 months of credit towards the Bachelor of International Hospitality Management at AUT University. This means with a further 18 months of study students can also achieve a university degree from New Zealand’s highest-ranked university culinary school. This is a great pathway for students who dream of a university qualification but are not able to directly meet entry requirements for an undergraduate degree. It is a pathway that provides practical experience in New Zealand, a dual quality qualification and a competitive tuition fee.


Diploma in Business (Advanced)
Duration: 2  years
English: IELTS 5.5
Tuition fees:  $22,660 for the 2-year diploma

Cara Membuat Rempeyek Udang Gimbal Resep Renyah Kriuk
Resep Rempeyek Udang - Variasi olahan udang kali ini adalah masakan udang yang digoreng kering dengan adonan tepung sederhana sehingga menjadi garing bertekstur kriuk yang krispy seperti rempeyek, tetapi renyah serta cukup empuk saat digigit seperti halnya gimbal udang.

Perpaduannya bisa menjadi pilihan referensi untuk menu makan sehari-hari, baik dimakan bersama nasi putih maupun langsung dicemil. Berikut kita berbagi resep mudah dan praktis untuk cara membuat peyek udang yang enak dan renyah. Jenis udang basah atau udang segar yang digunakan bisa disesuaikan dengan selera, bisa udang rebon, udang windu atau macam-macam udang lainnya.

Persiapan Bahan dan Adonan Peyek Udang
  • 500 gram udang
  • 200 gram tepung terigu
  • 100 gram tepung beras
  • 1 batang daun bawang diiris tipis
  • 1 sdt garam
  • 1/2 sdt kaldu bubuk
  • 400 ml air
  • minyak untuk menggoreng
Bumbu halus :
  • 4 butir kemiri
  • 1 sdm ketumbar biji
  • 4 siung bawang putih
  • 3 cm kencur
Cara Membuat Rempeyek Udang Renyah
  1. Siapkan wadah, campur rata semua bahan dan bumbu yang sudah dipersiapkan di atas. Selanjutnya tuang air, aduk-aduk rata lagi hingga tidak ada yang menggumpal.
  2. Panaskan minyak di atas api sedang, ambil 1 sendok sayur adonan serta letakkan udang di atasnya. Tuang ke dalam wajan sambil dilebarkan, kemudian goreng hingga warnanya kekuningan. Bolak-balik agar matang merata, lalu angkat dan tiriskan serta siap untuk disajikan.
