2. Diploma de Commis Patissier (9 months)
- Completion of all 3 certificates as following.
- Provide strong basic foundation using the core ingredients of French Patissier
- Introduction to a variety of French Patissier - cakes & pastries

- Introduction to artistic & decorative skills
- Mastering Bavarian creams & mousses
- Presentation of petit fours
