Cara Membuat Cibay Khas Tasik Resep Pedas
Resep Cibay Enak Pedas Khas Tasik - Aci Ngabarabay, Cireng Lebay dan Aci Ngambay adalah beberapa sebutan terhadap jajanan kuliner dari adonan aci yang dibungkus dengan kulit lumpia ini. Gorengan enak yang juga berisi daging ayam ini menjadi cemilan masyarakat Sunda yang cukup populer di Tasikmalaya, Garut hingga ke daerah-daerah lainnya.

Aci (kanji/ tapioka) merupakan tepung yang terbuat dari singkong, oleh karenanya banyak variasi makanan dan kue hingga kerupuk yang terbuat dari bahan tepung ini. Termasuk juga menjadi bahan olahan dalam aneka gorengan populer dan cibay adalah salah satuya.

Gorengan enak dan sederhana ini bisa kita buat sendiri di rumah, variasi cara membuat cibay dapat dengan mudah menerapkan resep di bawah ini.

Persiapan Bahan dan Bumbu Cibay
  • 250 gram tepung aci
  • 150 gram daging ayam direbus matang lalu suwir-suwir
  • 800 ml air
  • 4 batang daun bawang diiris kecil
  • 2 siung bawang putih dihaluskan
  • 4 butir bawang merah dihaluskan
  • 1 sdt garam
  • 1/2 sdt merica
  • 1/2 sdt kaldu bubuk
  • 20 lembar kulit lumpia
  • 6 buah cabe rawit merah dicincang kasar
  • bumbu tabur cabe secukupnya
  • 2 sdm tepung terigu dilarutkan dengan sedikit air untuk adonan perekat
  • minyak untuk menggoreng

Cara Membuat Cibay Pedas
  1. Campur dan aduk rata tepung aci, garam, merica dan kaldu bubuk dalam panci. Masukkan air, bawang putih, bawang merah, daun bawang, dan suwiran ayam, kemudian aduk hingga rata dan tidak ada yang menggumpal. Masak di atas api kecil sambil terus diaduk-aduk hingga adonan berwarna bening dan kental, matikan api.
  2. Ambil 1 lembar kulit lumpia, tuang 1 sendok makan atau lebih adonan aci tadi, lalu taburi dengan cabe rawit cincang secukupnya. Lipat dan lem menggunakan adonan terigu sebagai perekat, lipat dengan rapih berbentuk kotak atau sesuai selera. Lakukan seterusnya hingga adonan habis.
  3. Panaskan minyak, goreng hingga matang dan berwarna kekuningan, lalu angkat dan tiriskan. Tata dalam piring saji, sajikan panas dengan taburan bumbu tabur cabe untuk mendapatkan sensasi yang lebih pedas.

Cara Membuat Sayur Daun Singkong Resep Masak Santan Kuning
Resep Daun Singkong Santan Kuning - Masakan sayur daun singkong kuah santan dengan bumbu kuning merupakan salah satu variasi olahan cara masak daun singkong berkuah yang gurih dan lezat. Penggunaan ebi atau ikan teri menjadi alternatif pilihan sebagai tips sederhana dalam cara membuat sayur daun singkong yang enak dan gurih tanpa penyedap rasa instan (non msg).

Masakan daun singkong dengan santan juga menjadi favorit dalam menu masakan Padang. Pemakaian santan juga dapat kita atur agar kuah tidak terlalu kental tetapi tetap berasa gurih, atau bisa menambahkan takaran dalam resep apabila menginginkan kuah santan yang lebih kental.

Persiapan Bahan dan Bumbu Sayur Daun Singkong
  • 2 ikat daun singkong dipetik daun dari tangkai
  • 1 lembar daun salam
  • 2 lembar daun jeruk
  • 2 cm lengkuas digeprek
  • 25 ml santan kental instan (kara)
  • 75 ml air
  • 1 sdt garam
  • 1 sdt gula pasir
  • 1 sdt gula merah
  • 5 gram ebi kering dicuci bersih
  • minyak untuk menumis
Bumbu halus :
  • 4 butir bawang merah
  • 3 siung bawang putih
  • 3 butir kemiri disangrai (goreng tanpa minyak)
  • 3 cm kunyit
  • 3 buah cabe merah besar
Cara Membuat Sayur Daun Singkong Santan Kuning
  1. Rebus daun singkong dengan air secukupnya hingga empuk atau sekitar 30 menit, angkat dan tiriskan kemudian potong-potong.
  2. Panaskan sedikit minyak, tumis ebi hingga harum, lalu masukkan bumbu halus, daun jeruk, daun salam dan lengkuas. Aduk-aduk hingga semakin harum, tuang air dan santan, garam, gula pasir dan gula merah.
  3. Masukkan daun singkong, aduk hingga bumbu tercampur rata dan masak hingga mendidih. Angkat setelah 15 menit kemudian serta siap untuk dihidangkan.

Cara Membuat Terong Balado Padang Resep Enak Praktis
Resep Terong Balado Padang Enak Praktis - Masakan sambal goreng terong ungu dengan bumbu balado merah, walaupun mudah dan simple cara memasaknya, hingga kini tetap menjadi salah satu sajian favorit keluarga di rumah untuk melengkapi variasi menu makan sederhana sehari-hari.

Terong dimasak dengan tumisan sambal balado memang memberikan kesan cita rasa tersendiri, dihidangkan bersama nasi putih hangat membuat makan semakin lahap saja. Terong balado juga biasa dicampur bersama pete dan ikan teri untuk menambah spesial rasanya. Resep kali ini tentu bisa dijadikan referensi dalam cara membuat terong balado yang enak dan sederhana.

Persiapan Bahan dan Bumbu Terong Balado
  • 1 kg terong ungu
  • 2 papan pete dibelah dua
  • 1 buah tomat merah diiris
  • 50 ml air
  • 1/2 sdt garam
  • 1/2 sdt gula pasir
  • 1/2 sdt kaldu bubuk
  • Minyak untuk menggoreng dan menumis secukupnya
Bumbu halus :
  • 10 buah cabe merag besar
  • 5 buah cabe merah keriting
  • 5 butir bawang merah
  • 3 siung bawang putih
Cara Membuat Terong Balado Padang
  1. Cuci bersih terong ungu dan dipotong-potong 4 cm atau sesuai selera, kemudian dibelah dua. Goreng setengah matang, lalu angkat dan tiriskan.
  2. Panaskan sedikit minyak, masukkan bumbu halus, irisan tomat dan pete, lalu tumis dan aduk-aduk hingga harum. Masukkan air, beri garam, gula dan kaldu bubuk, kemudian aduk rata serta masak hingga air menyusut.
  3. Masukkan terong goreng, aduk rata dan masak hingga matang serta bumbu mengering dan meresap. Angkat terong balado dan sudah siap untuk disajikan.
