Cara Membuat Pindang Tongkol Sambal Resep Bumbu Merah
Resep pindang tongkol bumbu merah. Tumis sambal pindang ikan tongkol pada kesempatan ini merupakan variasi olahan atau cara memasak pindang tongkol yang enak dan sangat sederhana sehingga bisa menambah daftar kita untuk menyajikan aneka menu masakan praktis.

Ikan pindang tongkol merupakan produk dari hasil pengawetan tongkol dengan kadar garam rendah atau semi preserved. Berbeda dengan ikan asin, selain kadar garam yang rendah, pembuatan pindang dilakukan juga proses pemanasan (direbus atau diasap).

Pindang tongkol termasuk salah satu yang favorit sebagai bahan makanan yang biasa diolah menjadi berbagai macam masakan karena masih berbentuk ikan segar dengan nilai gizi yang relatif masih tinggi.

Persiapan Bahan dan Bumbu Memasak Pindang Tongkol
  • 250 gram pindang ikan tongkol dipotong-potong sesuai selera
  • 1 batang daun bawang dipotong serong
  • 1 buah tomat merah dipotong 6 bagian
  • 1/2 potong bawang bombay diiris dadu
  • 1/2 sdt garam
  • 1/4 sdt kaldu bubuk atau sesuai selera
  • 200 ml air
  • minyak untuk menumis
Bumbu dihaluskan :
  • 6 buah cabe merah besar
  • 4 butir kemiri
  • 4 butir bawang merah
  • 3 siung bawang putih
Cara Membuat Pindang Tongkol Sambal Merah
  1. Panaskan sedikit minyak lalu tumis bumbu halus dan bawang bombay hingga harum. Tuang air, garam, kaldu bubuk, serta aduk-aduk rata.
  2. Setelah mendidih, masukkan pindang tongkol, irisan daun bawang, dan potongan tomat. Aduk rata lalu masak hingga bumbu mengental dan hampir mengering. Matikan api, angkat dan siap untuk disajikan.

Lower 2016 fees – acceptance date extended!

Due to the overwhelming number of applications received at the end of October, we have extended the closing date for students to receive the lower 2016 fees. To be eligible, applications lodged BEFORE 2 NOVEMBER 2015that result in a offer must be accepted BY 15 NOVEMBER 2015. If they accept after this deadline they will have to pay the official 2016 fee.

What is the lower fee?

Students who are granted the lower fee only pay their course fee subject to a 3.5% increase each year. Students who do not take advantage of this lower fee offer may be subject to, depending on their course, a fee increase anywhere around 15%.

Cara Membuat Pindang Tulang Palembang Resep Khas
Resep pindang tulang iga enak khas Palembang. Apabila ingin menikmati ragam kuliner asli Sumatera Selatan, sebaiknya jangan terlewat pada aneka menu pindangnya. Di daerah ini sangat populer akan bermacam-macam masakan berkuah kaya rempah yang dikenal dengan sebutan pindang yang di setiap daerah memiliki karakternya tersendiri.

Pindang palembang, pindang tulang meranjat, musi rawas dan pegagan merupakan beberapa yang populer di antaranya. Tulang iga sapi merupakan variasi bahan yang biasa digunakan karena dapat menghasilkan kuah kaldu yang gurih serta serta sensasi menggerogoti daging yang masih menempel di sela-sela tulang.

Pindang iga berkuah gurih berkaldu serta bercita rasa asam pedas sangat segar untuk diseruput serta dihidangkan bersama nasi putih hangat. Rasa pedas bersumber dari penggunaan cabe rawit utuh sehingga bisa juga dinikmati oleh anak-anak dengan memilah cabenya, walaupun juga bisa diiris-iris tipis. Sedangkan untuk variasi lainnya, nanas juga dapat dipakai sebagai pilihan untuk rasa asam manis yang segar.

Persiapan Bahan dan Bumbu Pindang Tulang Iga
  • 1 kg tulang iga sapi direbus hingga cukup empuk
  • 3 lembar daun salam
  • 2 batang daun bawang dipotong-potong 2 cm
  • 2 batang serai digeprek atau memarkan
  • 3 cm lengkuas digeprek
  • 3 cm jahe digeprek
  • 1 buah tomat dipotong 6 bagian
  • 1 sdm kecap asin
  • 4 sdm kecap manis
  • 3 sdm air asam jawa atau potongan buah nanas secukupnya
  • 1 sdm garam
  • 1 sdm gula merah
  • 10 buah cabe rawit merah utuh
  • 2 sdm minyak sayur untuk menumis
  • 2 liter air untuk kuah (bisa dicampur dengan sisa rebusan tulang)
Bumbu yang ditumbuk kasar :
  • 1 sdt merica butiran
  • 4 butir bawang merah
  • 3 siung bawang putih
  • 4 buah cabe merah besar
  • 2 cm kunyit
Cara Membuat Pindang Tulang Palembang
  1. Tumis bumbu yang ditumbuk kasar beserta serai, daun salam, dan jahe hingga harum dan matang lalu sisihkan.
  2. Didihkan 2 liter air, masukkan tulang iga yang sudah direbus sebelumnya dan bumbu yang sudah ditumis tadi. Aduk-aduk dan masak hingga mendidih kembali.
  3. Masukkan kecap asin, kecap manis, air asam jawa, garam, gula merah, dan cabe rawit. Aduk rata dan selanjutnya masak hingga matang serta daging iga empuk, matikan api.
  4. Masukkan potongan daun bawang dan tomat, biarkan sebentar lalu siap untuk disajikan.
Tulang iga cukup mudah didapat, baik di pasar-pasar tradisional maupun di pasar modern. Apabila membeli di pasar tradisional, minta tulang iga yang bagus atau cukup banyak dagingnya dan sebaiknya datang pagi-pagi sekali karena masih banyak pilihan.
