International Year 12 Applicants in 2016

• Open for international student who have completed Year 12
• Flinders University, The University of Adelaide, The University of South Australia, or Charles Darwin University in the Northern Territory

Who is eligible?

1. hold a student visa, temporary resident visa or visitor visa & were enrolled in Australian Year 12 program, or completed an Australian Year 12 program offshore in home country, in 2015.

Program listed as below:

• South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE) (SAM)
• Northern Territory Certificate of Education & Training (NTCET)
• ACT Senior Secondary Certificate
• NSW Higher School Certificate (HSC)
• Queensland Certificate of Education
• Tasmanian Certificate of Education (TCE)
• Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE)
• Western Australian Certificate of Education (WACE)

2. the International Baccalaureate in a school in Australia, in 2015.

Key Dates

Monday 3 Aug 2015 - Applications open for semester 1 2016 admissions.

Wednesday 30 Sept 2015 

- Closing date for Creative Arts (Creative Writing), Creative Arts (Drama) & Creative Arts (Screen) at FLINDERS

- Closing date for Dental Surgery, Medicine/Surgery, & Oral Health at ADELAIDE. PQA registration closed on 30 Jun 2015. For those have registered to sit PQA must lodge SATAC application by 30 Sept 2015. 

- Closing date for Veterinary Bioscience at ADELAIDE.

Monday 30 Nov 2015

- Closing date for new application & deadline for changes of preference to ensure consideration in Dec offer rounds.

- New application and/or changes of preference received after this date will be considered in Jan offer rounds but only if places available.

Mid-Dec 2015 to early Jan 2016

- Main offer rounds = offers sent by email from SATAC as results become available from the SACE Board & other boards of studies. 

Monday 4 Jan 2016

- Deadline for changes of preference to ensure consideration in the Jan offer rounds (see below).

Friday 8 Jan 2016

- Jan offer round = offers sent by email from SATAC.

Tuesday 12 Jan 2016

- SATAC's website closed for new applications and changes of preference.

Friday 15 Jan 2016

- Final SATAC offer round = offers sent by email from SATAC. 

- No further offers are made by SATAC after this date. 

How to apply SATAC

• Must apply online. 
• Your school or agent could assist on application. 

Processing Fee

• Not refundable
• Cash payment not accepted
• All applicant must pay the processing fee except international applicant studying an Australian year 12 program overseas. 

1. for current year 12 students: $28.00
2. for all other applicant: $63.00

Late fee

For those who submitted application after Wednesday 30 Sept 2015 on courses starting in Semester 1, 2016  must pay late fee in addition with processing fee.

1. Current year 12 students:

• Processing fee: $28.00
• Late fee: $110.00
• Total fee: $138.00

2. All other applicants:

• Processing fee: $63.00
• Late fee: $110.00
• Total fee: $173.00
