Resep Tumis Kacang Panjang - Enak dan sederhana juga simple cara memasaknya. Kacang panjang segar merupakan jenis sayuran yang sering digunakan dalam bahan lalapan bisa dicocol sambal maupun untuk bahan utama dalam aneka masakan praktis sehari-hari. Variasi cara memasak sayur kanjang panjang juga seringkali dipadukan dengan bahan-bahan lainnya seperti tempe, tahu, ikan teri atau pada tumisan kali ini divariasikan dengan bakso dan toge dalam penyajiannya.

Berikut cara mudah membuat masakan tumis kacang panjang dengan penggunaan bahan dan bumbu yang sederhana untuk menambah daftar referensi resep di dapur atau sebagai alternatif menu makan harian keluarga di rumah.

Resep Tumis Kacang Panjang

• 200 gram kacang panjang dipotong-potong 3 cm
• 100 gram toge dibuang ekor
• 10 buah bakso sapi dipotong tipis
• 3 butir bawang merah diiris tipis
• 2 siung bawang putih diiris tipis
• 1 buah tomat merah dipotong-potong
• 200 ml air
• 1 lembar daun salam
• 2 cm lengkuas digeprek
• 1 sdm saus tiram
• 3 sdm kecap manis
• 1/2 sdt garam
• 1/2 sdt merica
• 1/2 sdt kaldu bubuk atau penyedap
• minyak secukupnya untuk menumis

Cara Membuat Tumis Kacang Panjang

1. Panaskan minyak secukupnya dalam wajan, tumis bawang merah, bawang putih, daun salam dan lengkuas hingga harum kemudian masukkan irisan bakso dan aduk rata.
2. Masukkan kacang panjang lalu beri air, garam, merica, kaldu bubuk, saus tiram dan kecap manis. Aduk rata kemudian masak hingga kacang panjang layu dan bumbu meresap.
3. Setelah kuah agak menyusut lalu masukkan tomat serta aduk-aduk rata. Matikan api, selanjutnya masukkan toge dan aduk rata supaya toge tidak terlalu layu dan masih segar lalu angkat serta siap untuk disajikan.
