Cara Membuat Gulai Ikan Patin Bumbu Kuning Resep
Cara memasak resep gulai ikan patin dengan kuah santan bumbu kuning bisa memberikan alternatif hidangan aneka ikan untuk menu makan sehari-hari. Masakan nusantara berkuah santan yang kental dan lekoh dari bumbu gulai memang kerap menyajikan hidangan yang spesial.

Sajian masakan gulai ikan kuning merupakan salah satu olahan ikan dengan kuah kental yang cukup berempah sehingga rasanya enak dan gurih. Banyak variasi masakan gulai ikan sebagai bagian kuliner tradisional yang cukup digemari ini, salah satunya adalah kreasi cara membuat gulai ikan patin bumbu kuning berikut ini. 

RESEP GULAI IKAN KUNING IKAN PATIN
Bahan dan bumbu :
  • 500-600 gram ikan patin dibersihkan, potong-potong dan cuci bersih
  • 2 batang serai, ambil bagian dalam lalu digeprek
  • 2 lembar daun salam
  • 5 lembar daun jeruk
  • 4 cm lengkuas digeprek
  • 2 buah cabe merah besar dipotong-potong 2 cm
  • 5 buah belimbing wuluh/sayur dibelah dua
  • 3 buah belimbing wuluh untuk rendaman ikan
  • 1 buah tomat merah dipotong 6 bagian
  • 650 santan cair dari 300 gram kelapa parut
  • 1 sdt garam
  • 1/2 sdt kaldu bubuk atau penyedap sesuai selera
  • 1 sdt gula pasir
  • minyak untuk menumis bumbu
Haluskan :
  • 10 cm kunyit/kunir
  • 4 cm jahe
  • 6 butir bawang merah
  • 4 siung bawang putih
  • 1 sdm ketumbar
  • 5 butir kemiri
CARA MEMBUAT GULAI PATIN
  1. Setelah ikan dicuci bersih, lumuri dengan perasan belimbing wuluh atau jeruk nipis selama 15 menit kemudian cuci bersih kembali.
  2. Tumis bumbu halus, serai, daun salam, daun jeruk dan lengkuas hingga harum lalu tuang santan. Aduk-aduk lalu masukkan belimbing wuluh, garam, gula dan kaldu bubuk sambil terus diaduk agar santan tidak pecah.
  3. Setelah mendidih, masukkan ikan dan masak sekitar 10 menit dan matang lalu matikan api. Segera masukkan potongan tomat, angkat dan siap untuk disajikan.
