Resep Sambal Goreng Tempe Balado - Bahan makanan yang terbuat dari fermentasi biji kedelai ini tidak hanya semakin dikenal dunia, tetapi makanan murah meriah asli Indonesia ini juga dijuluki sebagai magic food dengan ciri khas rasa serta manfaat yang dikandungnya.

Kembali berbagi resep masakan praktis untuk menu makan sehari-hari yang enak sederhana. Tentunya ada banyak sekali cara memasak tempe yang kita ketahui, adapun kali ini adalah olahan tempe yang sangat sederhana dengan dimasak bersama bumbu sambal atau sambal goreng tempe balado.

Resep Bahan dan Bumbu Sambal Tempe Balado

• 250 gram tempe
• 50 ml air
• 1/2 sdt garam
• 1/2 sdt gula pasir
• 1/2 sdt kaldu bubuk atau sesuai selera
• minyak untuk menggoreng dan menumis

Bumbu halus :

• 10 buah cabe keriting merah
• 5 buah cabe merah besar
• 4 butir bawang merah
• 2 siung bawang putih
• 1 buah tomat merah

Cara Membuat Sambal Goreng Tempe Balado

1. Tempe dipotong-potong berbentuk dadu, goreng hingga matang, lalu angkat dan tiriskan.
2. Panaskan sedikit minyak, tumis bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan dan aduk-aduk hingga harum. Tuang air, garam, gula dan kaldu bubuk, serta aduk rata.
3. Setelah bumbu tidak mengandung air, masukkan tempe dan aduk-aduk hingga tercampur rata dengan bumbu. Matikan api, angkat dan tuang dalam piring saji, lalu siap untuk disajikan.
